I'm Ivona Ninova.
I founded Recruitedia in 2023 after years inside the recruitment industry watching the same pattern: international companies wanted to hire in Eastern Europe and were stuck between global platforms that didn't know the markets and local agencies that only operated in one country.
We've now served clients HQ'd in 12+ countries — and the common thread isn't where they're based, it's that they want senior, founder-led CEE coverage rather than a platform menu.
I also work as a freelancer on Toloka AI's mass hiring team, where we design AI-augmented pipelines. Those patterns now anchor our advisory practice, Recruitedia Blueprint.
